1. Scope and Accounts

These Terms govern the Teknoen.Net website, customer panel and domain, hosting, business email and related digital services operated by Teknoen Artificial Intelligence and Information Technologies Inc. Customers must provide accurate information, protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

2. Orders and Domains

Package scope, term, price, limits and renewal conditions are shown during ordering. Payment does not guarantee registration of a domain; registration remains subject to registry approval and eligibility rules. Customers are responsible for accurate registrant data, third-party rights and timely renewal. Expired domains may enter suspension, deletion, redemption or additional-fee recovery periods.

3. Acceptable Use

Spam, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, illegal content, rights infringement, attacks, abusive scanning, unauthorized cryptomining and activities that harm other users are prohibited. Services presenting a security or continuity risk may be restricted or suspended while investigated.

4. Content, Backup and Security

Customers are responsible for the legality, licensing and maintenance of hosted content and software. Unless a managed backup service is expressly included, customers must retain independent current backups. Operational backups do not replace customer archiving responsibilities.

5. Fees, Renewal and Availability

Services renew or end at the conclusion of the selected term. Unpaid services may be suspended after notice. Renewal prices may reflect taxes, registry costs, exchange rates and supplier pricing. Planned maintenance, emergency security work and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. A service level commitment applies only when expressly stated in a package or separate agreement.

6. Intellectual Property, Suspension and Law

Teknoen.Net software, design, content and marks remain with their respective owners. Services may be restricted or terminated for material breach, security risk, non-payment or competent authority request. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Turkish law applies, subject to statutory consumer forums and rights.
