2. Categories of Personal Data
Depending on the service, we may process identity and contact data, customer account and authorization data, domain registrant data, order, contract, payment and billing data, support communications, IP address, session, device, browser, access and security logs, service usage records and marketing preferences.
3. Purposes and Legal Grounds
Data is processed to create and secure customer accounts; provide domain registration, transfer, renewal and DNS services; operate hosting, email and related services; manage orders, payments, invoices and renewals; provide technical support; prevent abuse and security incidents; comply with legal duties; and protect legal rights. Processing relies on contract performance, legal obligations, establishment or protection of rights, legitimate interests and, where required, separate explicit consent.
4. Collection and Recipients
Data may be collected through the website, customer panel, order and payment pages, support channels, server and security logs, cookies, registries and service providers. It may be shared on a need-to-know basis with domain registries and registrars, data centres, infrastructure, email and security providers, payment institutions, banks, accounting and e-invoice providers, professional advisers and competent authorities.
5. International Transfers, Retention and Security
Where international transfer is required, the conditions and appropriate safeguards prescribed by Turkish data protection law are considered. Data is retained for the service relationship, mandatory legal periods and applicable limitation periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Appropriate access control, logging, authorization, backup and technical and administrative measures are applied.
6. Data Subject Rights
You may exercise the rights granted by Article 11 of Law No. 6698, including access, information, correction, deletion where conditions are met, notification to recipients, objection to solely automated adverse results and compensation for unlawful processing. Requests may be submitted in writing to the Company address, through the registered email address or by other legally accepted methods.
