Teknoen.Net treats privacy as part of the design of domain, hosting, business email and customer panel services. We aim to process only necessary data for clear and legitimate purposes, restrict access by authorization and remove data when retention is no longer required.

2. Information We Process

We may process account and identity details, domain and DNS data, hosting and email service records, orders, renewals and invoices, IP address and security logs, support communications and notification preferences.

3. How Information Is Used

Information is used to provision and operate services, secure accounts, process billing, send renewal notices, provide support, manage capacity and performance, investigate abuse and security incidents, meet legal duties and protect rights.

4. Domain and Hosting Data

Registrant data required by a registry may be transferred to the relevant registry or authorized provider. Visibility through RDAP, WHOIS or similar systems depends on registry rules and available privacy services. Customer hosted content is not routinely accessed; access is limited to support requests, service operation, security investigations, abuse handling or legal requirements.

5. Sharing, Security and Retention

Personal information is not sold. Necessary information may be shared with registries, data centres, network and security providers, payment and invoicing providers, support tools and professional advisers. Access controls, logging, network security, monitoring and backup measures are applied. Records are retained according to service needs, legal duties and limitation periods.
